Terms & Conditions
Please review the terms and conditions governing the provisioning, acceptable use, billing, and management of all Sentic Hosting services.
2.1 Orders and Account Information
Customers must provide accurate registration, billing, and contact details and keep account credentials secure. An order is accepted when payment is confirmed and the service is approved for provisioning. Some orders may require verification or technical review.
The exact plan, resources, billing cycle, start date, renewal date, and any special conditions should be shown in the checkout page, invoice, or written order confirmation.
2.2 Service Provisioning and Availability
Hosting and VPS-related services are provisioned digitally after order approval and payment confirmation, subject to technical availability and any required checks. Provisioning times may vary due to maintenance, verification, configuration requirements, or upstream infrastructure issues.
Resource limits and included features depend on the purchased package. Customers should check the plan description before placing an order.
2.3 Acceptable Use
Customers must not use Sentic services for unlawful activity, fraud, malware distribution, unauthorised access, abusive traffic, or activities that infringe third-party rights. Customers must comply with applicable law, game/platform rules, software licences, and any service-specific fair-use limits.
2.4 Customer Responsibility and Backups
Customers are responsible for the content, software, configurations, and data they upload or operate, unless a separate written agreement states otherwise. Customers should maintain independent backups of important files, databases, and configurations.
Any backup feature is limited to the scope and retention described for the relevant plan. Customers must keep passwords, API keys, tokens, and server credentials confidential.
2.5 Billing, Renewal and Taxes
Recurring hosting subscriptions are billed according to the selected cycle. The service page or invoice should state the price and whether applicable taxes are included or excluded. A renewal payment keeps a recurring service active for the next billing period. Customers should request cancellation before the next renewal date to avoid the next charge.
2.6 Changes to Services and Policies
Sentic may update service features, package descriptions, or these terms when needed. Any material changes should be published on the website. Changes to an already-paid order should be handled according to the order agreement and applicable law.
